Staffs are affable and helpful. The room is spotlessly clean complete with both ac & fan, you can find everything you need. The wheelchair accessible policy they have worked well. The apartment is quiet, close to everything;))

The bathroom here is cold.

The place had everything needed including air conditioning, a dining area, and a study table, and the room was a good size, plus its location was exceptionally nice, relatively close to a tourist beach.

I was overwhelmed by how excellent it was, liked the people and rooms. Great price, met needs well.

The apartment was nice. It was located in a busy area just off Alona beach, and a quite area, Next to everything we wanted and off the main road.

We loved the proximity to the beach, the hot showers, good internet, and clean rooms. the ability to cook and access a large fridge freezer was fantastic. the property also offered bike rentals at a good price, allowing us to explore the island. the size of the room was perfect for two people and it was away from the noisy town area.

We felt cared for, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure our stay and travels were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

the hosts were nice and they promptly arranged for a solution. They were pretty good, our comfort and making our stay enjoyable. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and had good water pressure and air conditioning. Breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced. the hosts helped us with transfers and motorbike rental, convenient. The location was also convenient, just a short walk from the main street and close to Alona Beach. I highly recommend this place for its friendly hosts, comfortable rooms, and really good service.

I was amazed by the comfort of the room at Mingche Apartment. The bed was so cozy that I had a great night's sleep, and the cool air conditioning made the room even more enjoyable. The common toilets were also well-maintained and clean, providing a private-like experience. Although the location was a bit off the main road, the peacefulness at night was worth the short walk. Plus, the staff was helpful and provided water, as well as hot water for my morning coffee. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this place for its comfort and tranquility.

mingche apartment was even better than my previous stay in panglao! the location was quiet, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and great value for money. they even helped us arrange transfers and a day hire to explore bohol. loved the option to rent scooters too!

The location of this hotel is great for those who want a peaceful and quiet stay. the garden area is perfect for relaxing and enjoying a drink. It's not too far from the beach, so you can easily walk there. There are also some nice spots nearby, like Alona beach.

The shared bathrooms are not cleaned regularly or checked often enough. each room does have its own bathroom with cold water, but if you want a hot shower, you have to use the shared bathroom.

Clean rooms with AC, fans, and hot water. Reliable WiFi. Helpful host for tour bookings and transportation. Quiet location, short walk to main street. Enjoyed the courtyard for meeting people. Great value for price.

Free parking is great. The garden views were lovely, especially when I was figuring out how to get back to civilization after being off-road. Thank goodness for the free WiFi, because I needed it to find my way around.

Who needs a convenient location? I enjoyed the challenge of getting lost and confusing tricycle drivers.
